Meri-Lou can process personal data about you, because you use the services of Meri-Lou, and/or because you provide these to Meri-Lou yourself when filling in a contact form on the website. Meri-Lou can process the following personal data:

Why Meri-Lou collects data

Meri-Lou processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if you are not reachable by telephone. We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. In addition, Meri-Lou can use your personal data in the context of the execution of an assignment agreement concluded with you.

Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide reports about the Website to Meri-Lou, and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Meri-Lou has no influence on this. Meri-Lou has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through Meri-Lou for other Google services.

We take adequate security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.

Retention periods
Meri-Lou does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data is collected. Your data will not be stored for more than a year if no agreement is made. Provided there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).
